PLEASE READ POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING
To book your appointment through the online booking app, please read the following policies. Once you have read and understood the following press on "I Accept these terms" and it will direct you to the online booking app.
CARD ON FILE
A card on file is required when booking an appointment to hold your spot and will not be charged unless you cancel within 24 hours of scheduled appointment or you no show.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. You have up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charges. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee of the service canceled.
NO SHOW
In the event you are a "no show" you will be charged 100% of the service booked, after two no-shows you will not be able to book through the app and I will have to manually book the appointment for you.
LATE POLICY
I understand things happen that are sometimes out of our control. There is a 10 minute grace period and anything over that will require you to reschedule part or all of your services booked.
